1. Booking & Payment
- All bookings must be made in advance and are subject to vehicle availability.
- Full or partial payment is required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation.
- Prices are subject to change depending on travel dates, vehicle type, or special requests.
2. Cancellation & Refund
- Cancellation before 48 hours from the journey start time is eligible for a 50% refund.
- No refund for cancellations within 24 hours or for no-shows.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 working days.
3. Responsibilities of Passengers
- Passengers must behave respectfully with drivers and staff during the journey.
- Any damage to the vehicle caused by misconduct will be chargeable.
- Passengers must carry valid identity proof during travel.
4. Delays & Liability
- We are not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather, strikes, or natural calamities.
- Arora Saab Tour & Travel is not responsible for lost or misplaced items.
- We reserve the right to modify or cancel the trip in case of unavoidable circumstances.
5. Changes to Terms
- We may revise these terms from time to time without prior notice.
- Updated terms will be available on our website or on request.
